This is the story of the work of Clay Street’s own Zastrow Simms and his friendship with Pip Moyer forged over 60 years ago. The film is a backdrop to the storied racial tensions that has plagued Annapolis, to a degree even now. Produced by Urcunina Films and historian Janice Hayes Williams, “Pip & Zastrow–An American Friendship” is a storytelling masterpiece!
